Reference Case: YinYide digital printer workflow
User story
YinYide has branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, orders come from W2P system, retails stores, Walk-in Customers. It has indigos, Ricoh, Canon printers. It wants a pre-press automation workflow to streamline all the branches.
After deployed DMS Tflow, all the orders from different sources. With the help of Tflow, I setup different workflow for walk-in customers, B2B customers, Online Web to Print system. All my needs just are handled on one Tflow system.
Requirement

Multi-stores are located in different regions(Beijing/shanghai/Wuhan) can be handled by one system

Different brand digital print machine(Indigo/Ricoh/Canon) can be handled by one system

Online offline business model(offline store/W2P)

Multi-format file and Nonstandard design(CDR/AI/Indesign/Word/Excel/PPT) have to be converted into PDF

Offline store submit job by TFly, convert to standard PDF and Job ticket
